Dollar Tree inks agreement, Pyles Excavating expediting pads - BUSINESS NEWS

Pinewood Shopping Centier partner Michael Lee Stephens broke the news this morning of major developments for center:



  1. Dollar Tree signs agreement - Judge Stephens said that partner Mike Neal has completed the paperwork for Dollar Tree to come to the center. He said that Pyles Excavating may start as early as today on site work for the 8,500 s.f. stand alone building on Will Walker Lane.

  2. Site work of Magic Market continues - Judge Stephens said that work may begin at any time now on the Magic Market Convenience Store in which he is a partner. "Danny (Danny Pyles, CEO of Pyles Excavating) should have the pad for Magic Market done early next week," Stephens said.

  3. Keys have been turned over to the Black Stallion Steakhouse owners. Stephens also announced that the keys to the Black Stallion Steakhouse have been turned over to the owners, and that the new restaurant could be open in late March or early April 2018

  4. Ribbon Cutting for Satellite Solutions is Friday, April 13, 2018, at the center
  5. The center will be putting new stop signs in on each end Will Walker Road to eliminate any problems with church traffic from 3trees entering KY 61 and KY 80 from the center.
Judge Stephens said that the management of the center are still awaiting final plans from First & Farmers National Bank on the exact scope and purpose for a lot with their sign on it.
