He was a member of a respected family, the son of the late Byge and Goldie Cogar and was raised by the late Harry and Reva Perrine. He was the widower of Sherry Lynn Rice Cogar. He leaves 11 direct living descendants. Burial will follow in the Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2pm-8pmCT, Friday, March 30, 2018 and resume on Saturday after 8amCT, until time of services. He was a son of the late Byge and Goldie Cogar and was raised by the late Harry and Reva Perrine. He died Sunday, March 25, 2018, in Bowling Green, warren County, KY, at the age of 76 years, 10 months, and 18 days. He was the husband of the late Sherry Lynn Rice Cogar who preceded him in death August 29, 2015. He was a carpenter and retired from Eaton's. He was a Christian. Survivors include:
