Adair County Democrats will host a meeting of party candidates at 10:30amCT, Saturday, March 31, 2018, in the Adair County Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY.



Among the featured guests will be two strong candidates, Alonzo Pennington and Paul Walker, running for the Democratic nomination for Representative in the 1st Congressional District of Kentucky. The winner of the the Tuesday, May 22, 2018 primary will face Republican Jamie Comer of Tompkinsville, KY.

Adair County Democratic Primary candidates are expected to be in attendance, as well. This is an incredibly important political year. Democrats are flexing their muscles and are poised to make significant gains.

We will be joined by fellow Democrats from several other counties in Kentucky's 1st Congressional District as well as Democratic candidates for county races.
