Egg hunt at Blair Recreation Center tabled, spring event on By Linda Waggener A 2018 Easter egg hunt planned for the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center was voted down at the March 7, 2018 meeting Wednesday evening. Those present at the meeting, Chair Cynthia Rowe, Vice Chair Jelaine Harlow, Director Lisa Handy, and board members Damon Hicks, Steven Baker and Greg Caldwell voted to cancel the egg hunt plans due to several already ongoing in the area, and instead hold a spring event like last year's a bit later in the season. Plans for the spring event are underway. The Board meets the first Wednesday of each month at 5pmCT at the Center, 901 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY. This story was posted on 2018-03-08 16:37:39
