She was born May 31, 1934 in the Garlin Community of Adair County, KY the daughter of Frank and Edith Ann Neat Rigney of Adair County. Funeral services were held Wednesday February 28, 2018 at 4pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Clergy officiating Bro. Steve Martin. Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation after 9:30amCT Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Todd Akin, Colton Nunn, Shane Grant, Shad Grant, Kenny Long, Anthony Karnes, Tommy Scearce.
