Bobbie Reid Shirley, 74, Green County, KY (1943-2018) He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church. He was a self-employed carpenter and electrician, and a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army. Mr. Bobbie Reid Shirley of Greensburg, KY departed this life Sunday, February 25, 2018 at his home in the Ebenezer Community The funeral services will be conducted at 1pmCT Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 South Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Union Chapel Cemetery in Metcalfe County, with full military honors conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation is requested from 4-8pmCT, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Wednesday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers are Joey Ferguson, Guy Douglas Corbin, Alex Corbin, Justin Durrett, Terrill Williams and Clark Marshall. Honorary Pallbearers are Bobby Durrett, Jerry Corbin, Rhuel Bishop, Brad Chris, Tom Hollenbeck, Robert Earhart and Philip Cox.
