Election 2018: Registration, Absentee requests, deadlines - primary

Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, reminds voters of important dates, deadlines and requirements for voters in the May 22, 2018, primary election:


Voter Registration and Absentee Request - by April 23, 2018

Any changes needing to be made to your voter registration (with the exception of party change; deadline has passed) needs to be done by April 23, 2018 to be able to vote in the May Primary
Examples:
You have moved into Adair County from another county or state
New voters Reminder: This also applies if you have moved out of Adair County to another county or state, you will need to change your voter registration.


May 15, 2018

Last day to apply for mail-in absentee ballot (not later than close of business 7 days before primary)

How do I request an absentee ballot? You or your spouse, parents, or children may contact your County Clerk Office to request an absentee ballot application by phone, fax, electronic mail, mail, or in person.

If you have any questions please call the Adair County County Clerk’s Office, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pmCT; and on Saturdays from 8am-12pmCT. 270-384-2801
