KY 259 in Grayson Co closed due to concern over bridge safety By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer KYTC District 3, Elizabethtown, KY KY 259 is closed at the Eveleigh bridge over Rough River near the Breckinridge County Line due to a potential structural issue and safety concerns for passing motorists. Engineers will be inspecting the structure beneath the bridge deck on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, to determine the extent of the issue and if traffic can be safely permitted to cross.
