Gov. Bevin appoints Dunnvillian to Hart-Supported Living Council From Governor Matt Bevin's Communications office Gov. Matt Bevin appointed Stella Beard, of Dunnville, KY, to the Hart-Supported Living Council on Monday, February 5, 2018. Stella Beard is an education and outreach coordinator for the Kentucky Special Parent Involvement Network, Inc. She will represent members at-large, and will serve for a term expiring July 14, 2019. The Hart-Supported Living program is designed for Kentuckians with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to request funds for support so they can live in their homes and communities, avoiding institutionalization.
