Roberta (Berdie) Gosser, Russell County, KY (1925-2018) Berdie, as she was affectionally called, worked for over 30 years as a cook at Salem Elementary School, providing meals for a great many children. She loved cooking, cleaning and especially gardening. She was a member of Pine Grove United Baptist Church in the Gosser Ridge community. Berdie will be sadly missed by her family, community and her many friends. She was the daughter of the late Dora Gosser and Ellen Auterson Gosser. And the widow of Garlin Gosser. Funeral services will be at 2pmCT, Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Joe Gosser officiating. Pallbearers will be Ronald Wayne Wilson, Troy Gosser, Chad Gosser, Brandon Gosser, Bradley Gosser and Chris Thomas. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Highway 3525, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 5pm-9pmCT, Saturday January 27, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
