Frieda Wesley Dean, 69, Casey County, KY (1948-2018)

Frieda was a former employee of Oshkosh B'Gosh. She was the daughter of the late William James & Rosa Mae Shreeve Burchell. She was a native of Marion County, KY, and a resident of Casey County, KY, at the time of her death in Lexington, Fayette County, KY. She leaves nine direct living descendants, spanning three generations.

Frieda Wesley Dean age 69, of Liberty, KY passed away on Tuesday January 9, 2018 at the U.K. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Graveside Services will be held 10amCT/11amET Thursday January 11, 2018 at Peavey Cemetery. Bro. Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial will be in the Peavey Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Wednesday January 10, 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY.

She was born in Lebanon, Marion County, KY on August 20, 1948. She was a daughter of the late William James & Rosa Mae Shreeve Burchell. She died Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 69 years, four months, and 20 days.

Frieda was a former employee of Oshkosh B'Gosh.

Survivors include:
  • Two sons: Richard & (Carisa) Dean, and Bill Dean, all of Liberty, KY

  • One daughter: Lisa and (Tim) Long of Elkhorn, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Darren Long, and Nicki & (Kamon) Kemarly, Hannah, Jennifer and Joseph Dean

  • One great grandchild: Kollin Kemarly
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two great grandchildren: Raylee Faith Long and Riley Clara Long.
