Jennifer Christine (Chris) Roy, 45, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Funeral Services will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, in Jamestown, KY on Monday January 8, 2018, at 1pmCT, with Bro. Herl D. Robertson officiating. Friends may visit after 11amCT, on Monday at the funeral home. Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

She was born in Albany, Clinton County, KY on July 7, 1972, a daughter of Geneva Sue (Brumley) Bravard of Jamestown, KY and Wendell Appleby, of Jamestown, KY. She died Thursday, January 4, 2018, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 45 years, five months, and 28 days.

She was married to Stevie Roy of Jamestown, KY, who survives.

Other survivors include

  • Two daughters: Kristy and Jennifer Roy, Jamestown, KY

  • One sister: Debbie Jones, Jamestown, KY

  • Three brothers: Adam, Jr. Loy, and Wendell Appleby, Jr., Jamestown, KY

  • Two grandsons Aden Roy and Wyatt Kean, Jamestown, KY
She was preceded in death by a brother Scottie and a sister Catherine Appleby.
