Adair County Clerk reports computers are still down Update: 10:48amCT, Wed 3 Jan 2017, from Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer: "Currently our computers are back up and running Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer reports that state computers are still not functioning -- Adair is not the only county affected. She says she is sorry for the inconvenience and hopes this will be the only day it continues. Candidates can file today, and voters can register. But land transfers and purchase of license plates can be done only when the state computers are operational.
