Robert Fred Phelps, 66, Adair Co., KY/Pulaski Co., KY native (1951-2017) He was a retired Line Foreman for South Kentucky RECC and of the Baptist faith. He was a loving father and friend. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He enjoyed watching U.K. basketball. He was born in Pulaski County, KY. He was a member of a highly regarded family, the son of the late Jamie Phelps & Thelma Harrington Phelps. He leaves 11 direct living descendants, and many close relatives in Adair, Pulaski and Taylor Counties of South Central Kentucky and elsewhere.
