Click on headline for article with photo(s) By Linda Waggener (Thu 14 Dec 2017, 1:43pmCT) An accident in front of Dr. Ronald Rogers Chiropractic Clinic, just east of Grant Chiropractic, corner of Hughes Street, on Russell Road has necessitated the closure of Russell Road/KY 80 E as emergency vehicles work to take care of occupants on vehicle(s) involved. Traffic is being re-routed via Westlake Drive back to Russell Road via Wright Drive. Columbia Police, Adair EMS, and Columbia Police are on the scene.
