Boyle Countian, 42, faces child sexual exploitation allegations Suspect was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after KSP alleges discovering the suspect in possession of images depicting child sexual exploitation online. Note: Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By Les J. Williams, KY State Police DANVILLE, KY (Wed, 13 Dec 2017) -- On December 12, 2017, at approximately 5:44pmET, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Leonard Riley, 42, on charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Riley was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect in possession of images depicting child sexual exploitation online. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Danville on December 12, 2017. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing. Riley is currently charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison.
