Mr. Roy (Norm) Finegan, Cane Valley, Adair Co., KY (1963-2017)

He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Finegan was a veteran and served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He was a retired contractor for the city of Tacoma, Washington, where he worked as a street sweeper. He enjoyed nature and being outdoors; his knowledge of astronomy was paralleled only by his enthusiasm for thunderstorms. He loved spending time at the beach with Shelley Thomas, his closest friend and companion, and brightened others' days with a funny joke or a donut or two.
