He was the son of the late Onis Ray & Exie Marie Stephens Coffey. He died Thursday, December 7, 2017, in Russell Springs, KY, at the age of 76 years, eight months, and 10 days. Wendell was an insurance agent for Farm Bureau and a member of Jamestown Christian Church. In addition to his parents, Wendell was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Jo Coffey; a daughter-in-law, Pam Jones Coffey. Survivors include
