By Larry Smith, General Manager, 99.9 The Big Dawg And 18-year-old woman from Cave City, KY, has been identified as the victim of a UTV accident at Pumpjack Offroad Recreation Center, near Milltown, off Greensburg Road, Columbia, Adair County, KY. Summer Piercy, 18, Cave City, KY, was riding passenger on a Kawasaki UTV when the mishap occurred.
