Ricky Donald Stamper, 58, of Russell Springs, KY, died Thursday, November 30, 2017 at his home.

Funeral service for Ricky Donald Stamper will be 12pmNoonCT. Monday, December 4, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Donald Wilson officiating. Visitation will be after 10:30amCT, Monday. Interment in the Russell Springs City Cemetery, Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Special music will be rendered by Doyle & Brenda Wilson.

He was born December 17, 1958 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. He was the son of Donald Stamper & the late Carolyn Dobson Stamper. He died Thursday, November 30, 2017, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 58 years, 11 months, and 13 days.

Ricky was a machinist.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Dobson Stamper. Survivors include:
  • Wife: Teresa Kaye Stamper, Russell Springs, KY

  • One son: Jeremy (Whitney) Stamper, Russell Springs, KY

  • One step daughter: Ashlea (Craig) Pierce, Bowling Green, KY

  • Six grandchildren: Ethan Jones, Briley Jones, Bennett Pierce, Kaelyn Pierce, Avery Stramper, and Lillian Stamper

  • Father: Donald Stamper, Russell Springs, KY

  • Four siblings: Rhonda Dietrich, Beaver Creek, Ohio; Herbert (Jeannie) Stamper, Phoenix, AZ; Charles (Angie) Stamper, Russell Springs, KY; and Gwen (Charlie) Newland, Faubush, KY

  • Host of nieces and nephews
