Two arrested after Eastview shooting, assault Brother and sister arrested in connection with incident. KSP is searching for two other Radcliff men in the case. Photos linked. Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY EASTVIEW, KY - Kentucky State Police Post 4 Troopers and Detectives responded to a reported assault in Western Hardin County on Sunday morning On November 19, 2017 at approximately 6amET, KSP received a call from Ricardo Garcia (39) at 3692 Pierce Mill Road, reporting he had been assaulted and shot during a home invasion at his residence. When KSP Troopers and Hardin Co. EMS arrived Garcia was found to be shot once in the arm along with several abrasions to his head and face. He was transported by ambulance to Hardin Memorial Hospital and later transferred to University of Louisville Hospital. Garcia's injuries are not life-threatening. Information gathered through investigation by KSP Troopers and Detectives led to the arrest of Edgar Bravo Rodriquez (31) and his sister Soleil Santiago Bravo (29), both of Elizabethtown, KY. Edgar Bravo Rodriquez was charged with Assault 1st, Wanton Endangerment 1st, Burglary 1st, and Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration. Santiago Bravo was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Resisting Arrest, and Harboring a Non-Compliant Sex Offender. Both were lodged in the Hardin Co. Det. Ctr. KSP Post 4 Investigators have also secured warrants for two more suspects in connection to the Assault. Demetrius "Meach" Clayton (27) and Damon "Black" Brown (35), both of Radcliff are wanted in regards to the Burglary and Assault of Ricardo Garcia. Anyone with any information pertaining to this investigation or the whereabouts of Brown or Clayton please contact KSP Post 4 at 270-766-5078 or your local Law Enforcement.
