Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Fri 14 Nov 2017

Indictments brought against 5 individuals from Greensburg, Campbellsville, and Louisville, KY, on charges including possession, burglary, DUI, and flight.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Friday, 17 November 2017:


  • Joshua L. Ulbert (10/01/1983), Gupton Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00068. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified). Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Zachery Carlos Hancock (05/24/1997), Birdie Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00069. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Bond modified to $5,000 unsecured, MCR reporting and testing 2 times per month, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Alexandro Reyes (10/02/1987), Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00070. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Alexandro Reyes (10/02/1987), Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00071. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond set at $2,000 cash.

  • Douglas Ray McDonald (01/27/1969), Texas St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00072. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 1st offense. Bond set at $1,000 bash.

  • Shawn A. Cochran (02/12/1982), Lentz Ave., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00073. Charged with 9 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 1st degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (motor vehicle). Count 4 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 5 - Resisting arrest. Count 6 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 7 - Reckless driving. Count 8 - Criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. Count 9 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $20,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Shawn A. Cochran (02/12/1982), Lentz Ave., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00074. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Same bond as in 17-CR-00073.
