By Ed Waggener The Adair County Fiscal Court unanimously gave its approval for CJE Michael L. Stephens to sign the agreement to award the engineering contract for the Rollen Coomer Road Bridge over Pettit's Fork Creek, off Johnson School Road, near Gadberry,in District 3, to Greg Eastham, who has agreed to do the work for $5,500. The vote followed a motion by Magistrate Sammy Baker (District 3), with a second by Perry Reeder (4), with Magistrates Harold Burton (1), Daryl Flatt (2), Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6), and Terry Hadley (7) and CJE Michael Lee Stephens concurring in a voice vote.
