George Wallace Shirley, Metcalfe Co., KY (1946-2017) Mr. Shirley was a Vietnam Army veteran and Deacon of the Edmonton Baptist Church. He was a member of an esteemed South Central Kentucky family, the son of the late George P. & Audra Dohoney Shirley. His wife, Debbie Shirley, survives. He leaves four direct living descendants. George Wallace Shirley, age 70, of Edmonton, KY, died Friday November 10, 2017 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY Funeral services will be 1pmCT, Monday, November 13, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Union Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Sunday, November 12, 2017. George Wallace Shirley, Metcalfe County, KY (1946-2017) He was the son the of the late George P. & Audra Dohoney Shirley. He was born December 8, 2017. He died November 10, 2017, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 11 months, and two days. Mr. Shirley was a Vietnam Army veteran and Deacon of the Edmonton Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Debbie Shirley of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
