Click on headline for complete story By Christopher Coombs COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson volleyball team is the No. 1 seed at the Mid-South Conference Tournament Championship as conference officials released the tournament bracket Monday afternoon. The Blue Raiders captured the MSC regular season title with a perfect 15-0 conference record. It marked the fifth-consecutive season Lindsey Wilson has won the regular season title and the sixth time in the last seven years. Lindsey Wilson faces eighth-seeded Pikeville (KY) on the opening day of the Tournament Thursday, Nov. 9 at 9:30amCT. The Blue Raiders swept both regular season meetings with the Bears. In the other matchups, fourth-seeded Cumberlands (KY) faces fifth-seeded Life (GA) at 12pNoon CT, while second-seeded No. 17-ranked Georgetown (KY) takes on seventh-seeded Shawnee State (Ohio) at 2:30pmCT. In the final match of the day, third-seeded No. 24-ranked Campbellsville (KY) battles six-seed Cumberland (TEN) at 5pmCT. Lindsey Wilson has captured four MSC Tournament titles all time, the most recent coming last season. The quarterfinal matches take place on Thursday, followed by the semifinal matches on Friday at 9:30amCT and 12pmNoonCT with the championship match to follow at 6pmCT Friday.
