Adair County Band goes for 22nd State Championship today!!!

Semi-finals at 12pmCT in Elizabethtown HS- then - fingers crossed - to State Finals at Papa John's Stadium, 2800 S Floyd, Louisville, KY to compete for Adair County Marching Band's 22nd State Championship.

Adair County Band will compete today Saturday, October 28, in the KMEA Class AA State Semi-Finals competition, at Elizabethtown High School, 620 N Mulberry Street (campus), Elizabethtown, Kentucky, at 12pmCT/1pmET. The top four scoring bands of the 16 who qualified to compete at the Semi-Finals competition will then travel to Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky to compete Saturday evening at the KMEA State Championship Finals competition.

Class AA finalists will be performing between 6pm-6:45pmCT/7pm-7:45pmET. For ticket availability for the finals, contact Susan Pollard at 270-250-3356 for ticket information.

You won't want to miss out! The Adair County High School Marching Band is poised to make history yet again this weekend as they strive to win their 22nd KMEA State Marching Band Championship, which would be the most state championships of any band in the state of Kentucky!
