Lisa Mann, Russell Springs, KY, appointed to KY Housing Board

FRANKFORT, KY. (17 Oct 2017) – Gov. Matt Bevin today made the following appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions: Lisa Mann, Joanna Shake Tammy Weidinger, and Lisa Mann have been appointed to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors:
- Lisa Mann, of Russell Springs, is executive director for Lake Cumberland Housing Agency, Inc. She will represent the interests of the homeless and serve for a term expiring October 30, 2020.
- Joanna Shake, of Owensboro, is community and economic development director for the Green River Area Development District. She will represent the interests of local government and serve for a term expiring October 30, 2020.
- Tammy Weidinger, of Fort Thomas, is president/CEO of Brighton Center, Inc. She will represent the interests of nonprofit housing organizations and serve for a term expiring October 30, 2020
The Kentucky Housing Corporation, the state housing finance agency, was created by the General Assembly to provide affordable housing opportunities. As a self-supporting, public corporation, Kentucky Housing offers lower-than-market rate home mortgages, housing production financing, homeownership education/counseling, rental assistance, housing rehabilitation and supportive housing programs for special needs populations.
