Petty promoted to Assistant VP and Loan Officer at F&FNB The First & Farmers National Bank, Columbia, KY, recently announced the promotion of Candace Petty to Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer. The announcement was made on behalf of First and Farmers National Bank Board of Directors by Columbia President Ann Martin. Candace Petty is excited to begin this new responsibility serving the loan needs of Adair County. "I can honestly say that I absolutely love my job here at First & Farmers. I am delighted and feel fortunate for the opportunity that First & Farmers National Bank has extended to me and my family," stated Petty. Candace was born and raised here in Columbia and is a 2004 graduate of Adair County High School. She began her banking career in February 2007 with First National Bank of Columbia and saw the transition to First & Farmers National Bank, Inc. She brings 10 years of experience as a Loan Processor with her to this expanded role of Loan Officer. Candace will continue to be located at the Columbia Russell Road Branch and looks forward to seeking out and meeting customers. Candace is always an active participant in FFNB's community outreach, with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life being particularly close to her heart. Her husband, Barry, co-owns Petty Logging and recently re-joined Scott & Ritter, Inc. in Bowling Green as their main blaster. Candace & Barry are the proud parents of daughter, Raegen, 5. They are active members of Living by Faith Church and enjoy off-road riding as a family. Columbia Market President Ann Martin stated, "I am so proud of Candace. Her dedication to First & Farmers National Bank and her genuine desire to help customers achieve their financial goals, makes her a perfect fit for this position."
