Campbellsville, KY man, 32, arrested in foiled burglary

Russell County Sheriff Clete McAninch reports intruder found naked, sleeping in house he is alleged to have broken into; suspect arrested without incident.

A Campbellsville, KY, man, was arrested after being allegedly being found naked inside a residence he broke into. The Russell County Sheriff's Office responded to call about a burglary to 29 Lawless Court in Jamestown, KY. at 8:16amCT, Wednesday, October 04, 2017.

Upon officers' arrival, 36-year-old Joshua Morton was found naked and sleeping in a bedroom. Morton was arrested without incident and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing by RCSO Deputies David Cain and Nathan Ginn, and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center, according to Russell County Sheriff Clete McAninch.
