KSP Charges Meade Co. man in child exploitaton case William Sayenga, 45, faces allegations of child sexual exploitation offenses. State Police, 919 Versailles Road, Frankfort, KY VINE GROVE, KY (Fri 29 Sep 2017) - On September 28, 2017, at approximately 7:29pmCT, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested David P. Sayenga Jr., 45, on charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Sayenga was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Vine Grove on September 28, 2017. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing. Sayenga is currently charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison. He was lodged in the Meade County Detention Center. This story was posted on 2017-09-29 10:17:14
