Stanley Coy Lane, 88, Casey County, KY (1929-2017) Stanley was a corporal in the United States Army. He retired from General Motors after 29.5 years of dedicated service with the company. He was an avid golfer. Stanley was known for his love of cars; he also enjoyed detailing them. He was the son of the late Roy & Joyce Murphy Lane. His wife of 28 years, Shirley Corn Lane, survives. He leaves five direct and 18 step living descendants. The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Larry Crenshaw, Bro. Raymond Burgess and Rev. Raymond Alstott officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery with military honors by the Casey County Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 8am-12pmNoonCT/9am-2pmET on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
