Annettia Pearl Calhoun, 81, Russell County, KY (1936-2017)

She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was a native of Russell County, a resident of the county at the time of her death and her final resting place will be in Russell County. She was the daughter of the late Lewis B. & Dorothy Richards Robertson, and the matriarch of a large, respected Russell County family.

Annettia Pearl Calhoun, 81, of Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs.

Funeral service for Pearl Calhoun will be 1pmCT, Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Billy Silverman and Bro. Danny Lawless officiating. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Sunday, September 24, 2017; 4pm-8pm Monday September 25, 2017; and 10am-1pmCT, 10am-1pmCT, Tuesday. Interment in the Ridgecrest Cemetery. Special music: Heather Parmley.

She was born May 27, 1936 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Lewis B. & Dorothy Richards Robertson. She died Friday, September 22, 2017, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 81 years, three months, and 26 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlene Wilham

Survivors are:
  • One son: Roger (Rita) Blair, Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Four daughters: Peggy Calhoun Flatt, Russell Springs, KY; Brenda Blair, Russell Springs, KY; Linda (Eugene) Bell, Jamestown, KY; and Glenda (Danny) Lawless, Monticello, KY

  • Fifteen grandchildren

  • Several great grandchildren

  • Two sisters: Lorene Barnett and Betty Ashbrook, both of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two brothers: Phillip Robertson, Greensburg, KY; and Charles "George" Robertson, Louisville, KY
