Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Sunday, September 17, 2017, until time of service. He died September 12, 2017, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 70 years, seven months, and 25 days. Russell was a Maintenance Foreman with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
