J.O.Y. Ministries sending semi- to Houston Organizers hope Tyler Absher and filled semi-truck can leave Columbia, KY, this weekend, conditions permitting. Full article contains list of specific supplies needed; volunteers needed, too. By Maggie Coleman, J.O.Y. Ministries If you have turned the news on at all, you know about the tragedy Texas is facing right now. One of our board members, Tyler Absher, will be taking a semi truck load of items to Life Church in Houston, TX, this weekend if roads are permissible. If anyone would like to help/donate in any way you may drop items off at the JOY Crisis Center, at the A-1 Performance Transportation Services building, 411 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Just tell Bro. Billy Payne it is for Texas. Here is a list of items they are asking for: Cases of waterContainers to put these items in would help with loading as well. Please have items dropped off by Thursday. Churches, businesses, schools, families and other organizations thank you so much in advanced for your help and please share! Let's fill Tyler's semi up!!! - Maggie Coleman This story was posted on 2017-08-29 05:15:35
