Traffic Advisory - Lincoln Pkwy microsurfacing - 22 Aug 2017 By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY Contract crews will begin a roadway surfacing project on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, along KY 61 (Lincoln Parkway) in LaRue County. Lane closures will be required as paving work progresses. Just over two miles of the road will receive a "microsurface" from the intersection of US 31E in Hodgenville, extending north toward Hardin County.
