Revisit Knifley 2017 starts with 5K at the 4 Way 5K route takes runners along shady section of old KY 551, the main road from Knifley to Columbia at one time Click on headline for complete story with photo(s). By Debbie Cowan News from Revisit Knifley 2017 The Revisit Knifley 2017 Festival and Homecoming is shaping up to be the best one yet. Plans are being made for some new events to add to the favored activities that have been offered the past three years. The 5K at the 4 Way Fun Run/Walk, a popular event for many, will help kick off the festival on Saturday, September 9th at 8amCT. Registration for the run/walk begins at 7amCT, in the parking lot of Patterson's Bait and Grocery, 5855 Elkhorn Road, near the intersection of Hwy 551 and Hwy 76 or the "4Way". Participants are sure to enjoy the run/walk as it takes them on a 1.5 mile loop of old KY Hwy 551, the main road from Knifley to Columbia at one time. Runners will be surrounded by a canopy of trees and vegetation and catch a view of Casey Creek as well. Early registration is available by downloading a flyer and mailing it to Kim Gose, 304 Webster Road, Knifley KY 42753. More information can be obtained by calling 904-430-7723.
