ACSO makes arrest at Ozark residence following welfare check

Allegations against subject include assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. Subject lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail

From Adair County Sheriff's Office, Harrison Moss, Sheriff

On Wednesday, August 16, 2017 Sheriff Moss and Deputy Padgett were dispatched to a call on Keen Wilson Road Columbia on a welfare check.


After making contact with 20 year old Adam Harris of Columbia, KY, Harris became uncooperative.

Harris was arrested on charges of:
  • Assault 3rd degree (on police officer)

  • Resisting arrest

  • Disorderly conduct 2nd degree

  • and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree
Harris was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
