Jackie Dale Brown, Casey County, KY/Lincoln County native (1961-2017)

He was a carpenter. He loved woodworking, fishing and cooking. He also enjoyed family gatherings and reunions. He was the son of the late Wesley Toddy & Mary Evelyn Naylor Brown. His wife of 19 years, Connie Coffman Brown, survives. He leaves six direct and two step living descendants, and many relatives, including nine siblings, all residents of McKinney, KY.

Jackie Dale Brown, 56, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017, in Liberty.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET. on Thursday, August 17, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Rick Naylor officiating. Burial will follow in Peavey Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10amCT/11amET, until time for the service on Thursday, August 17, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.



Pallbearers will be Daniel Brown, Joseph Brown, Bill Griffin, Steven Carpenter, Michael Carpenter, Brian Carpenter, Jason Brown, Jackie Owens, Jack Stull, Kyle Griffin and Isaic Coffman.

Jackie Dale Brown, of Liberty, KY, was born on February 12, 1961, in Lincoln Co., KY. He was a son of the late Wesley Toddy & Mary Evelyn Naylor Brown. He died in Liberty, Casey County, KY, on August 14, 2017, at the age of 56 years, six months, and two days.

Jackie was a carpenter. He loved woodworking, fishing and cooking. He also enjoyed family gatherings and reunions.

Survivors include his loving wife, Connie Coffman Brown, whom he married on April 10, 1998, and the following:
  • Two sons, Curtis Anthony Todd (Crystal) Brown of Stanford, KY; and Bradley Dale Brown of Gladstone, MI

  • Two step-sons: Eric Lancer Brown and Mary Francena (Aaron) Grant, both of Liberty, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Bentley, Gage, Colin and Khloe

  • Five sisters: Louise (Bobby) Brown, Edna (Joe) Griffin, Jeanine (Gary) Moore, Alice (Hershel) Carpenter and Peggy Walls, all of McKinney, KY
  • Four brothers: Johnny (Cheryl) Brown, Ivan (Betty) Brown, Eddie (Lyannette) Brown and Randy (Sharlot) Brown, all of McKinney, KY

  • Several nieces, nephews and cousins
