Mike Bosela: There is a gingko on LWC campus

There is a Ginkgo tree on campus, but it is relatively young and is probably not the same one that you remember. In fact, I am not even sure if it is mature yet, but it is probably a male tree. The fleshy seeds of female trees are interesting botanically but they can be messy and smelly (at least per the fragrance preferences of most Americans). --Michael Bosela
