Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 25 July 2017
Indictments against 21 individuals from Columbia, Knifley, Burkesville, Campbellsville, Greensburg, Liberty, Russell Springs, KY, and Denison, TX. Charges include possession, trafficking, assault, promoting contraband, theft, public intoxication, bail jumping, fraudulent use of a credit card, and flagrant nonsupport.
NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday 25 July 2017:
- Joshua Lee Graves (03/03/1983), Coakley St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00087. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 3rd or subsequent offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 3rd or subsequent offense (cocaine). Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $25,000 c/prop, concurrent with 17-CR-00088. - Brandon T. Dial (12/30/1984), Sunset Dr., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00091. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking/disposition (auto) over $500 but under $10,000. Count 2 - Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, 3rd offense.
