Lula Johnson, 89, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home, Jamestown, KY.
Funeral service for Lula Johnson will be 10amCT, Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Herl D. Robertson officiating. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Friday, July 7, 2017, and after 8amCT, Saturday. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Special will be rendered by Joyce Wilson, Matt & Leah Franklin.

She was born June 29, 1928 in Clay County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Chester & Katie Philpot Gregory. She died Thursday, July 6, 2017, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 89 years and seven days.
She worked in house cleaning at Stephens Pipe and Steel and was a member of Word of God Church.
In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, a grandson, and 10 siblings.

The family suggest memorials to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. These can be made at the funeral home. Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, is in charge of arrangements
