Names of Good Samaritans now a mystery

About: Letter: Good Samaritans are very much appreciated

By Ed Waggener

Jo Ann Steinhilber, Administrative Assistant in the Bob and Carol Goodin Nursing & Counseling Center, called early this morning to let us know that the Good Samaritans named in Pam Dailey's thank you were not her and her daughter.

"I wish it could have been, and we would have stopped and given aid," she said, "but somehow the Good Samaritans were misidentified. I for one, hope so much that the real heroes can be recognized."

The story has been updated. If anyone knows who the two women deserving of the credit are, and they are willing to be recognized, please let us know, by using "Comments" below or any Contact/Submit button on the site.
