Letter: Good Samaritans are very much appreciated

Pam Dailey writes:
We want to thank all personnel on the scene of the motorhome accident on Hwy 55, because Nia McNeiley is our great granddaughter and the other victims are family members of the Weises', who go to our church.

It was incredibly heartwarming to know that multiple good Samaritans stopped to get the occupants out of the motorhome and Nia remembers being passed to three different men before two women placed the children in their vehicle to keep them calm. So the two women not only helped the children at the scene, but came to the hospital later with gift bags for them!

I wish I could give recognition to the others who gave aid, but just know that you are so very much appreciated by Nia's family. --Pam Dailey
