Three dead after Nelson Co., KY collision on Bluegrass Parkway Two juvenile pronounced deceased at scene. 22 year old passenger transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, then airlifted to UL Hospital where he was pronounced deceased by the Jefferson County Coroner's office. Jeff Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY BARDSTOWN, KY - (2 Jul 2107) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 Troopers responded to a single vehicle collision in Nelson Co. Saturday night. On July 1, 2017 at approximately 11:23pmET, KSP received a call of a single vehicle accident at the 18 mile marker on the Bluegrass Parkway in Nelson County, KY. A 17 year old driver was was traveling West in in a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, with two passengers, Daniel Guerrerro Jr., 22, of Upton, and a 16 year old female. For unknown reasons, the vehicle spun out of control and exited the roadway striking a rock wall. The two juveniles, the driver and 16 year old passenger, were both pronounced deceased at the scene by the Nelson Co. Coroner's Office. Daniel Guerrerro, a passenger, was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased by the Jefferson Co. Coroner's Office. The Westbound lanes of the Bluegrass Parkway were shut down for approximately five hours while KSP Troopers reconstructed the accident.
