Louis McQueary, with Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home was presented the Gold Certificate by David K. West, President of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, for being a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for 50 Years.

The presentation was at the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky Annual State Convention at Louisville, KY on June 8, 2017. The Gold Certificate is awarded to Licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers who have 50 years of involvement and are still active in Funeral Service. Louis has a total of 54 years' experience when combining his apprenticeship and schooling prior to becoming licensed. Mr. McQueary is President of Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.
