Adair Co. Kindergarten preference forms now at ACPC

Deadline to complete form: Thu 29 Jun 2017 at 2pmCT

Kindergarten Preference Forms are now available at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY 42728.

There are eight kindergarten classrooms for the 2017 -18 school year. The teachers are: Amber Bledsoe, Tanya Richard, Tiffany Mitchum, Laura Keltner, Karla Stone, Julia Cowan, Tonya Feese, Jodie Stephens.

If you wish to have input into your kindergarten student's teacher placement for the coming year you may stop by the school or print one from the school's website.

Complete the form and turn it in at the school. The deadline to submit a form is Thursday, June 29, by 2pmCT.
