Adair Fiscal Court 13 Jun 2017 Report - Lease of county building

Fiscal Court approved a renewal of a lease agreement with Wilkerson Consulting, PSC, for the county's building at 127 N Reed Street, at $500 per month.



The building is utilized by Adair Friends and Neighbors Day Care; lessees are Dennis Loy & Lisa It was originally purchased to house the Adair County Health Department in the administration of James Brock.

At one time, it was warehouse and showroom for John Deere Tractors, sold by C.R. Hutchison and Company. The vote was unanimous to approve and for CJE Mike Stephens to sign necessary paperwork. The lease agreement was drafted by Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin.
