Traffic signal rebuild to begin in Adair County next week

At City Hall/FM2/Adair Judicial Center/Grissom-Martin Funeral Home Intersection. Expect one-lane traffic, delays. Work will be started Monday, June 12 and is expected to be completed by approximately Tuesday, August 1, 2017

SOMERSET, KY (Tue 6 Jun 2017) - Beginning Monday June 12, 2017 crews will begin rebuilding the traffic signal at the intersection of KY 55X and Reed Street/Merchant Street in Adair County.

Motorists should be prepared for one lane traffic and expect travel disruptions as traffic will be controlled by flaggers.



Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes and are encouraged to allow extra time in reaching their destinations.

Work is scheduled to be completed by August 1. The start date and duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays.
