This is official notification that the Special Regular School Board Meeting that is scheduled for 18 May 2017, at 6pmCT will be held at Adair County Middle School, 322 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY.

The Adair County Middle School students will open the meeting with Pledge of Allegiance, along with School Spotlight.

Meeting will be called to order.

  5. Approval of Payment of Bills
  6. Approval of the 2017-2018 District Technology Plan
  7. Approval To accept the KETS third offer of assistance for FY 2017 and to match the full amount
  8. Approval of shortened school week for two students
  9. Approval of GRREC membership for the 2017-2018 school Year.
  10. Approval of emergency certification for a substitute teacher
  11. Approval of to accept school bus tire bids for 2017-2018 school year
  12. Approval of Certified Evaluation Plan for 2017-2018 school year
  13. Approval of Healthy Kids Clinic Agreement and memorandum of understanding
  14. Adjust and approve non-resident agreement with Metcalfe County
  15. Acknowledgement of Personnel Action
