LWC Twilight Track & Field at Blue Raider Stadium, 14 May 2017 By Anthony Latessa News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - Lindsey Wilson outdoor track and field hosts the Lindsey Wilson College Twilight on Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Blue Raider Stadium, 928 Russell Road, Columbia, KY at 3pmCT. The Blue Raider men's team captured their third-consecutive Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championship on April 29, 2017. Lindsey Wilson racked up 250.50 total team points in the event. DeQuan Robinson was named Co-Athlete of the Year and Freshman of the year. Goabaone Mosheleketi won both the long jump and triple jump recording national A standards in both events. Robinson won both the 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash. Robinson and Kevin Hallmon both recorded A standards in the in the 200 meter dash. K'Lan Harris won the 400 meter dash. Holt Keeling, Cameron Murphy and Anthony Thompson all recorded B cuts. Keeling achieved the mark in the 200 meters, Murphy in the 400 meter hurdles and Thompson in the triple jump. The Lindsey Wilson women's team won its second-straight MSC Outdoor Championship. The Blue Raiders accumulated 230 total team points at the event. Alexia DeHaven-Boyd was named MSC Athlete of the Year and Paige Pettell was named MSC Freshman of the year. Pettell won the hammer throw and the discus throw. DeHaven-Boyd claimed individual titles in the 400 meter dash and the 400 meter hurdles. Chanel Roberts won both the shot put and the high jump. Roberts reached an A standard in the shot put.
